Report the outcome with integrity
Learning goal: Separate completed work, feedback and uncertain impact.
A responsible activity report describes what was planned, what actually happened, what evidence exists and what still needs attention. Be explicit about the limitations.
Numbers should come from a clear method, not from an estimate chosen because it looks impressive. Only publish participant names, photographs or stories when it is appropriate and consent is informed.
Include problems and lessons. Trust grows when people can understand why something changed and how volunteers will improve next time.
Practice
Imagine a small permitted activity has ended. Write a five-sentence report with the action, evidence, challenge, feedback and next step.
Do this privately, in a notebook or on your own device. Nothing you write is collected by this site.
