Choose one achievable outcome
Learning goal: Define a small goal and identify the resources needed.
A goal such as “solve waste problems” is too broad for a small volunteer team. A more useful first step might be to agree on a safe, permitted clean-up of a single shared space.
Describe who will do what, which permissions are needed, what supplies are required and how you will avoid creating risk for others. Do not collect money without approved controls.
Pick a measure connected to the activity. For example, record whether the agreed task was completed and what follow-up is required; do not guess at long-term benefits.
Practice
Draft a one-page proposal with the need, consulted people, one action, three resources, one safety risk and one measure of completion.
Do this privately, in a notebook or on your own device. Nothing you write is collected by this site.
